RETURNS

We want you to love your art.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please read the following information for instructions on how to make a return.  

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return your purchase within 30 days of your product delivery date, and we will either send you a replacement or refund your product price. Please specify which you would like on a copy of your packing slip or invoice included in the return.

RETURN PROCESS:

You may return your order within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product price.

1. Include a copy of your original packing slip or invoice so we have your name and order number.
2. Carefully package the art in its original packaging materials as you received it (don't forget your order info from step 1)
3. Send to: Instrumental Art Returns, PO Box 744, Bethlehem PA 18016.  
4. Use a trackable shipping method and insure the package for the value of the art inside. Returned items damaged in return shipping must be covered by insurance.

Shipping fees will not be refunded.  (If you received free shipping, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund amuount).

RETURNING/REPLACING A DAMAGED ITEM:

Easy is the key to replacements for damaged or defective items.  If there is damage in shipping or you receive a defective item, we will take care of that for you. We will make sure that you receive a replacement for the same piece you ordered. This is all you need to do to expedite the process:

1. Take a photo (or as many as needed) of the damaged or defective item AND the shipping box it arrived in.
2. Email your photos to us at: info@instrumentalart.com.  Please include your name, order number and a description of the reason you need a replacement.
3. Once your email and photos have been reviewed (please allow 2-3 days), we will process your replacement or refund.  If properly documented in the photos, there will be no need to mail the item back to us.

If your photos do not clearly show any damage or a defect, you will be required to return the item at your expense for the return/replacement to be processed.  Returns should be sent to: Instrumental Art Returns, PO Box 744, Bethlehem PA 18016.

Damages resulting from customer alterations/changes to pre-installed hanging hardware are not eligible for replacement or refund.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to request an exchange, (for example: needing a different size), please use our contact form and we will handle these cases on an individual basis so that we can be sure you receive exactly what you need.  

CANCELLATIONS

Please use our contact form to make your request for cancellation. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped.
