What is your shipping policy and when will I receive my order?
Instrumental Art images are custom printed for each and every customer. Please allow 2- 3 weeks for delivery (1-2 weeks for printing, and 1 week for delivery). Most often, your piece(s) will arrive sooner, but allowing us that window of time to create a custom piece of art is greatly appreciated.
* If you are ordering for the holidays, please allow enough time for delivery. For personal special occasions, and you have a 'need by' date, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our contact form and we will do our best to make that date happen for you. Rush orders will incur additional shipping charges.
How much does shipping cost?
|$500 or more
Please email to request a rush order. Include what you are ordering, the shipping address (so we can calculate your expedited shipping rate), and the 'need by' date.
Is there Sales Tax on my order?
Orders shipping to the state of Pennsylvania will be subject to the PA 6% sales tax rate.
Is my order insured when it ships?
Yes, all products are insured for replacement when shipping to you, regardless of the carrier.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of your product delivery date for a refund of the product price. If there is damage in shipping, we will take care of that for you immediately and make sure that you receive a replacement for the piece you ordered. Please see our Returns Page for details and instructions. If you require an exchange, (for example: needing a different size), please use our contact form and we will handle these questions on an individual basis so that we can be sure you receive exactly what you need.
How do I place an order?
From the home page, you have two choices. You may select one of the categories on the home page, which takes you to a standard shopping page of images. OR, you may use the ‘Shop by Gallery’ option in the top navigation bar. The ‘Shop by Gallery’ menu takes you through a different viewing option, where your images are larger and more stylized for easier image comparisons.
Once you are on a product page, just follow the tabs in order. Tab 1: Choose your medium (paper print, canvas, aluminum). Tab 2: Choose your size. Tab 3: Choose from your finishing options if available. 4: Summary tab with the cart icon shows all of your selections, then allows you to enter a quantity and add to your shopping cart. From your shopping cart, follow directions for the payment and contact information needed to process your order.
What is the Wall Preview Tool?
We are very pleased to offer you the Wall Preview tool on our web site. This tool allows you to get a terrific idea of how an image will look in your space. You can 1. Choose from a variety of room styles. 2. Change the size of the image you are looking at. 3. Even change the colors of the walls to match what you have at home or the office! This tool will be your best friend if you are trying to match colors, select sizes, or choose images for different room types!
What are my payment options?
Instrumental Art accepts credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
We take your privacy very seriously. Your personal information is just that… personal. We do not sell, rent or share our customer lists with any other companies or organizations. The information you provide on your order form is for us to stay in contact with you regarding your order and our store notices/information. If you are currently receiving an Instrumental Art newsletter or sales update that you no longer wish to receive, simply click ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the email or use our contact form to kindly request that you no longer receive any of our updates.
Regarding payment information, our company office never receives your payment information (ie: credit/debit card numbers). For everyone’s security, all credit/debit cards are processed directly through the payment gateways we use, which are currently Paypal and Stripe.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do ship internationally. All international orders will have the appropriate shipping rates calculated for your exact address. Our web site is currently set up for shipping only to United States addresses. 1. Please email us or use our contact form to tell us exactly what you wish to order. 2. Include your shipping address and email. 3. We will get back to you as soon as possible with your shipping quote. All international purchasers are responsible for their own duties, customs, taxes, an any other international charges your purchase may incur when arriving to your country.
Does your artwork arrive ready to hang?
All canvas gallery wraps and aluminum prints are ready to hang the moment you receive them. They arrive with different hanging types depending on the piece, such as wire, hanging rails or sawtooth hangers. Please see our ‘Product Types’ page for more information and details on the individual product options. Paper prints, matted prints and canvas-only prints will arrive for you to finish/frame as you wish.
Is your artwork archival?
Yes! Quality is of the utmost importance. From paper prints to canvas to metal prints, all of the images from Instrumental Art are archival for you to enjoy your new piece for years and years to come. Please see our ‘Product Types’ page for more information and details on the individual product options.
What types of image print media are available?
Each image has a choice of medium you would like your piece printed on. This can be fine art paper, metal/aluminum, or canvas. Our product pages have 'Tool Tips' available. When you hover over the media types, click on the question mark (?) for more product information.
